AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before relying on them.
We disclaim all responsibility for decisions, content, or results derived from AI outputs.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (including all software, models, algorithms, and documentation) remain the exclusive property of LLMSoftware.com or its licensors.

Sections 5–14 shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
All disputes shall be brought exclusively in courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order form, constitute the entire agreement between you and LLMSoftware.com.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
